Bob serves as President and CEO of RAR Hospitality. He is an internationally recognized hotelier with over 40 years of hospitality-related management experience. Recognized by his "hotel guru," moniker, Bob shares insights and industry trends at He has held nearly every position in the hotel business including General Manager of full-service four Diamond hotels for Hilton and Embassy Suites. His education includes a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Western International University and a master’s degree in Tourism Administration from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator and has served as chairman of numerous tourism organizations nationally and locally (San Diego and Phoenix) and is editorial advisor and board member for CCR-Magazine and Destination Elite as well as serving Hotel News Now and other publications as Contributing Editor.
Bob has been directly involved in developing several hotels including the Del Mar Marriott, Hilton Hotel Gaslamp Plaza, Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad, Hilton Hotel Santa Clara and several Marriott resort hotels. In addition to being the "Hotel Guru" he publishes Hospitality Innsights, an electronic newsletter and is a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University where he teaches Hospitality Entrepreneurship. Rauch has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, on television and radio all over the U.S.

Cameron Lamming is a partner and principal at RAR Hospitality focusing on business development and acquisitions. Cameron’s focus is on company growth through sourcing and executing hotel acquisitions. Prior to joining RAR, Cameron worked at Brixton Capital, an opportunistic investment vehicle with assets totaling over $4 billion, where he was responsible for the acquisitions group. His primary responsibilities included sourcing, analyzing and evaluating acquisition opportunities and executing business plans on more complicated projects. Over the course of two and a half years, Cameron executed 34 deals totaling $550 million. Prior to joining Brixton, Cameron worked for The Walt Disney Company beginning in Global Business Development for the Parks & Resorts Division advising senior leadership on domestic and international theme park, hotel, cruise line and timeshare strategies. He later joined the Corporate Finance team that acted as the in-house financial advisor to the company. Among their primary responsibilities were overseeing the company’s capital structure and liquidity profile, managing Disney’s rating agency and banking relationships and taking on special structured finance and acquisition projects for the company’s larger transactions.

Cameron graduated with a degree in Economics from Stanford University where he was a member of the varsity soccer team for four years.

Jessica Woolfrey has been with RAR Hospitality for nearly 10 years. Her work ethic, passion and dedication have been instrumental to RAR’s phenomenal growth over the past few years. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Jessica brings strengths in recruitment, employee relations, recognition, development, training and workers’ compensation. Her ability to design and deploy HR practices to align with our properties’ business goals and objectives is unparalleled. From keeping track of the array of changes in labor law to evaluating and reducing employee turnover, she excels in addressing the day-to-day challenges we encounter.

Team members are what matter most to Jessica. Her greatest joy comes from helping employees grow and develop within the company. This passion is what propels her to do whatever it takes to help RAR expand and provide new opportunities for the team. Simply put, RAR would not be the company it is today without Jessica.

Prior to her role with RAR Hospitality, Jessica was Director of Human Resources at the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites San Diego/Del Mar Campus. Her particular passion for employment law ensures a positive, productive, fair and consistent employment environment.

Janet Fioriti is the newest addition to the RAR team and brings with her 30 years of hotel industry experience and a proven track record of surpassing sales and profit expectations at hotels throughout the country. She joined the Residence Inn Company in 1987, just prior to its purchase by Marriott International, and went on to serve the organization and it’s franchisees in increasing leadership positions with an emphasis on revenue impact and profit maximization.

After her long tenure with Marriott, Janet served as an award winning Revenue Impact Consultant for IHG, an Area Operations Director, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Asset Management for franchisees holding Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, Best Western and Independent flags.

Janet combines creative problem solving, her drive to raise the bar on performance along with her unique “hugging hospitality” to make a positive impact on all of her constituents from owners and investors to clients, guests and employees.

Janet received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and her Masters of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. She considers herself a Servant Leader, she loves all things outdoors, plays beach volleyball and spends her spare time on interior design and her two beautiful children.

Sheryl Paulino joined the RAR family within the year. She is a San Diego local and a marketing/branding professional with expertise generating revenue, design and execute marketing initiatives. With a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University, her knowledge in the industry has led her fall in love with hospitality marketing. She's an analytical thinker with a love for creative design. Her passion includes photography, Polynesian dance and exploring the town for new places to eat.
