After 4 failed quality assurance (QA) inspections and the prospect of a final QA inspection that would result in a relatively new property losing its flag, a worldwide brand approached RAR Hospitality (RAR) with a seemingly impossible task to turn the property around.

There were personnel files but they were in terrible order, there was no consistency to team member reviews and wages, and nobody knew who reported to whom.
